Bluetooth Low energy explorer is a tool to assist users who are developing their own BLE devices. This tool allows you to scan for all actively broadcasting BLE devices within range. You can then connect to them. Once connected you can view all Services, Characteristics and Descriptors. The tool also allows you to read all readable characteristics and descriptors, both upon connection and in an ad-hoc manual way. Likewise the tool allows the writing of any writable Characteristics and Descriptors. Finally the tool will allow subscription to all Notifiable Characteristics and indicate when the values change.
This tool does not discover iBeacon devices.
